One challenge I've been faced with has been becoming part of a new team, leaving behind what has been my life for many years in the world of solidarity that has nagged at me and has knocked me sideways on some occasions.
I abandoned the false certainties that I thought I had; I quietly left through one door and a world opened up to me. A world of true professionalism, a world of work that is concretely and honestly customer focused, a world of study where the name corresponds to the action. I update my knowledge and skills, I compare myself; I've changed my approach and today my clients are able to see the renewed competence and energy my journey has given me.
My commitment on the political front too, in the country where I live has always taught me that swimming against the tide is difficult, tiring, showing the real you always has the downside of hidden risks. But those who do not do so in the name of their ideals and the values of this country that is so rich in success stories forget how much satisfaction can come from achieving a long-term goal.
My professionalism and my skills have become the focus of my daily goals. Thanks to our team, I am able to review my objectives on a daily basis.
